Rosie is a sought after business and strategy coach who works with senior leaders and their teams. Using her coaching approach, Rosie creates clarity of thinking and the confidence to make the changes needed for greater success.

Over the last 7 years, Rosie has coached senior individuals and teams in major organisations including BP, GSK, Rolls-Royce, RBS Financial Markets, Fimat, Shell, ESB, London Underground, Water UK, Deloittes and Cummins Engines. The excellent results her clients enjoy are demonstrated by the fact that 90% of her work is repeat business or referral.
Her coaching is a positive learning experience that gets results. Clients describe her as an intelligent sounding board bringing them fresh insights. Using excellent questioning techniques, she offers effective challenge combined with huge warmth and understanding.
When coaching teams, she designs processes that create effective dialogue between team members. Her facilitation style is described as focused and energetic but with a light touch.
Prior to becoming a coach, she held senior roles in the consulting arms of Ernst & Young, Roland Berger and Partners and Coopers & Lybrand. Before becoming a consultant, Rosie worked in the energy business giving her direct experience of line management in major corporations. Her early working career at Shell included 2 years in strategic planning. Later she led Conoco Europe’s UK and Ireland gas sales, leading multi-party negotiations of major contracts worth £50-300 million.
Rosie is passionate about learning and stretching yourself to be the best you can be. In keeping with this she is an accredited NLP coach and NLP Master Practitioner. Her university education was as a PhD scientist. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and a Fellow of the RSA.
